Yeah that’s not completely against O.S.H.A regulations…
Sounds like a better fit for you is a Construction Management Degree or a Building Construction Degree. Some colleges have those under a separate college than Civil Engineering.
But if work is requiring you to get a Civil Engineering Degree then it will take a lot of work and dedication especially if you are weak at math and physics. In most colleges you will be required to take Calculus 1, 2 and 3, Differential Equations and some Colleges require Linear Algebra. You are required to take Physics 1 and 2 (the one with calculus, not the general education one). And after that you will need to take, Statics, Dynamics and Mechanics of Materials. All heavy in physics and math. All that even before you get to your core civil engineering classes.
My suggestion is either get on the college's website that you want to go to and look for their degree track of classes needed or talk to an adviser in the college of engineering at the college you want to go to.
amazing haha
Network!
Absolutely, positively number one. Ask around at your university … mention your goals to your financial advisor, your accounting professors, and anyone else you think might be able to point you in the right direction. If your college offers any kind of real estate courses, consult with those professors. There are so many avenues to explore for ideas and contacts! Find people who do what you want to do, and ask them about their career paths – how did they get to where they are? Why did they want to be in construction? Who can they recommend as mentors? Where can you intern while you're still in college? Where are the areas in which construction is booming and where fresh, new talent can get a good start? every contact you make knows other people who can help you find your way. never underestimate the power of connections! Make friends in all the right places. Enjoy the process … it's absolutely a power game, but that doesn't mean it's not a game, and that it can't be fun for you and your contacts! Be a good guy, the one everyone wants to know at parties.
Don't get complacent – keep current on trends and goings-on in your intended industry. The more you know, the more you'll make a good impression on your contacts.
The more people you know in the field, and more important, the more who know you, the better your opportunites for breaking into the business in a big way. It takes a serious investment of your time and effort, but it's the best way to get where you want without having to "start from the ground floor" … get your start while you're still in school, and you'll be three times farther than you would be if you got moving after graduation.
Good luck!
Hi
sound like you do not want to get to dirty
1. Electrician is one you need to be in shape
2. Painting you need to be expose to some chemical
3. Carpenter: hard work
4. Plumber: hard work and some chemical used
the best would be welfare.
sit at home and wait for the check
Looks very spammish to me. He's trying to get you to do an engineering job in Benin, yet he appears to be in France.
I would just delete it and move on.
What in the world are you asking? Even if this were real, your lack of ability in English grammar alone would likely disqualify you for this job.
Osha…
That’s one finger-slip away from being a hilarious WCB claim.
